Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. This role involves developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with Embedtech Solutions’ product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential new products or solutions that could enhance the company’s offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting on sales activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met and to develop customized solutions.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
