We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist. This role requires expertise in Shopify theme development and customization, digital marketing strategies, lead generation, cold calling, and proficiency in WordPress. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our e-commerce presence and driving customer engagement.
Shopify Theme Development and Customization:
Develop and customize Shopify themes based on project requirements.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
E-commerce Website Management:
Manage and optimize our Shopify-based e-commerce websites.
Ensure product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions are accurately maintained.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any website-related issues or user experience challenges.
Digital Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC, to reach target audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies to maximize results.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to capture and nurture leads.
Conduct market research and identify potential target audiences.
Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach, to generate qualified leads.
WordPress Management and Customization:
Manage WordPress websites, including content updates, plugin management, and optimization.
Ensure WordPress websites are secure, perform well, and provide a seamless user experience.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles and website management, preferably with hands-on experience in managing Shopify-based stores.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies and execution, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Experience in lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, and lead nurturing.
Proficiency in WordPress management, including content updates, plugin management, and theme customization.
Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Duration and Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a probationary period. The duration of the probationary period will be specified during the hiring process. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
