Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, as well as managing and closing inbound sales leads. This role requires a strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Close sales and process customer orders
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Continuously update and maintain customer and prospect data in CRM system
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing teams on customer needs and market trends
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape


  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
