Job Summary:
Embedtech Solutions is seeking skilled Installation Technicians with an ITI qualification to join our team. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining our technology products, including Interactive Flat Panels (IFPDs), laptops, tablet PCs, and other electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Setup: Install and configure technology products, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure all systems are operational and meet company standards.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site support to clients during installation, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and any maintenance performed.
- Quality Assurance: Test installed systems to verify proper operation and ensure client satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all installation activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in installation, maintenance, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with installation tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the installation of technology products, such as interactive displays or computer systems.
- Familiarity with network setup and basic IT troubleshooting.
