Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source small business data for the USA and Canada, focusing on gathering location, email IDs, and contacts for B2B purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internet concepts and possess the ability to meet daily targets for data entry volume and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Source Small Business Owners Data for USA and Canada.
- Sourcing Small Business Data, including Location, Email IDs, and Contacts for B2B purposes.
- Update and maintain existing data records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks on data entries to identify and correct errors.
- Meet daily targets for data entry volume and accuracy with the USA Team.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
- Assist in data cleanup and verification projects as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries of data entry activities as required.
- Ensure a minimum of 100 records per day without duplicates.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Internet Concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet daily targets and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in data entry and quality assurance processes.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating tasks with team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Prior experience in sourcing small business data is preferred but not required.
