Job Description: We are seeking an Organic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating genuine leads within the finance and banking sector through B2B channels. This position offers a salary based on revenue generation, with a target of a minimum of 2 genuine leads per day. The role requires working 5 days a week, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Transportation will be provided one way.


  • Utilize various organic lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients within the finance and banking sector.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand target markets and develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels including email, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed daily lead generation targets.


  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the finance and banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to work evening and late-night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
