Job Overview: Embedtech Solutions (Lenovic) is hiring a Business Development Manager in Hyderabad to lead our hybrid sales strategy. We are looking for a “Full-Stack” sales professional capable of driving Dealer Network Expansion for our hardware division (Smart Classrooms, AV Solutions, Digital Signage, Surveillance Solutions) while simultaneously pitching high-value Software Services (AI Agents, Cloud, Web Development) to corporate clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Channel Sales: Build and manage a network of System Integrators and IT Dealers across Telangana for Lenovic Smart Classroom and AV products.
  • Solution Selling: Pitch end-to-end IT infrastructure (Hardware + Software) to Educational Institutions and Enterprises.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new B2B leads, conduct product demos, and close deals with favorable payment terms.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the EdTech and IT markets to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Hardware Sales, or AV Solutions.
  • Existing network of System Integrators or IT Procurement Managers in Hyderabad.
  • Ability to sell technical solutions ranging from Interactive Displays (IFPD) to AI-driven Software.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a focus on cash-flow positive deals.
