Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive at Embedtech Solutions, you will be integral in boosting revenue through dealing with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of our cutting-edge products/services. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a proactive approach and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound initiatives, such as lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails.
  • Understand the specific needs and requirements of potential customers to effectively pitch suitable products/services.
  • Achieve and potentially exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Conduct account research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Expand the company’s database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine sales strategies for enhanced outcomes.
  • Document all sales activities and interactions with customers in CRM software.
  • Participate in educational workshops to remain knowledgeable and improve professional performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in an inside sales role, with a proven track record of surpassing sales quotas.
  • Exceptional phone skills and experience with making numerous calls daily.
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity tools and web presentation technologies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication.
  • Effective listening and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and efficiently managing time.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
