As a Sales Executive at Embedtech Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our solutions portfolio. You will act as the key link between clients and our technical teams, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
- Present and promote Embedtech’s solutions to potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to design suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of prior sales experience (preferably in IT/technology/embedded solutions/automation).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
