Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications
• Implement complex business logic, algorithms, and time series programs (problem-solving skills like LeetCode required)
• Build RESTful Web Services and microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC
• Leverage Java 8+ features (Lambdas, Streams), Collections, Generics, and advanced multithreading
• Focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and security
• Integrate with messaging systems (JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ preferred)
• Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams, participate in code reviews, and provide mentorship

Core Skills Required:

• Core Java 8+, with strength in Lambdas, Streams API, Collections, Generics, Multithreading
• Advanced programming & algorithmic problem-solving skills
• Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, microservices architectures
• REST API design and integration
• Experience with Java Messaging frameworks/tools (JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ preferred)
• Proficiency in Git and Maven
• Agile/SCRUM development exposure

Bonus Skills (Optional):

• Cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Performance tuning and distributed systems knowledge
